• Once we receive the enrollment forms from the Notary, we prepare a complete information package of case details. This information is sent to our attorney who will prepare legal documents and file your claim. You will be mailed a copy of the enrollment forms, as well as contact information for your attorney.
• Next is for the court to conduct a Hearing, at which your attorney will appear either in person or via video conference before the Judge to present your claim. 

• 2.   If your case does not require an attorney, once we receive the enrollment documents forms from the Notary, we prepare a complete information package of case details. The information is then addressed with the holder of your money.  Any additional information, legal documents or forms will be submitted then the claim can be filed.   You will be mailed a copy of the enrollment forms, as well as any contact information for your claim.

• Assuming your claim is approved, the Judge, County or Sheriff's office will direct the company, trust or government agency to release the money owed to you. This entity then sends a check to Legal Money Recovery LLC. Legal Money Recovery then sends a check to you minus our fee within 48 hours of the check clearing.  You are contacted right away with updates!
